Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic interviews using structured questionnaires.
- Make outbound calls to potential respondents to collect project-related information (no sales involved).
- Follow up with respondents, coordinate appointments with the internal team, and conduct backend verification checks.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Collect accurate, unbiased, and high-quality data from respondents.
- Ensure surveys are completed within the defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and update records accurately in the system.
- Prepare status updates and promptly report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in one or more local languages (such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, market research, or survey operations is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry.
