Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Membership Sales Executive to promote and sell exclusive memberships at The Marque Club. The role involves identifying potential members, building strong client relationships, conducting club presentations and tours, and achieving membership sales targets while delivering a luxury hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, and professionals into club members.
- Conduct personalized club tours and explain membership benefits, facilities, and exclusive experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Develop corporate partnerships and networking opportunities to drive membership growth.
- Follow up on leads through calls, meetings, events, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and member interactions.
- Coordinate with marketing and events teams for promotional activities and member engagement programs.
- Represent the club professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in membership sales, hospitality sales, luxury retail, real estate, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Ability to handle high-profile clients and confidential interactions.
