Position: Excel Automation Expert – Bank Reconciliation & Database Management

We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Automation Expert to join our Fintech team and manage bank reconciliation, transaction data, MIS reporting, and database-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly Bank Reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reconciliation systems.
- Work with large volumes of transaction and financial data.
- Create advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Automate repetitive data-processing and reconciliation tasks.
- Identify mismatches, duplicate transactions, missing entries, and settlement discrepancies.
- Maintain and manage structured databases and transaction records.
- Prepare management reports and operational MIS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Banking teams for discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Required Skills
1.Advanced Microsoft Excel
2.VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, TEXT & DATE functions
3. Pivot Tables & Advanced Excel Reporting
4. Power Query / Data Transformation
5. Excel Automation using Macros/VBA will be an advantage
6. Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions
7. Database management and data cleaning
8. Experience handling large datasets
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Good understanding of MIS & reporting
Preferred Experience
Experience in Fintech / Banking / Payments / AEPS / BBPS / Recharge / UPI / Wallet / Payment Gateway or similar transaction-based businesses will be preferred.
