Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable digital twin models for automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and real-world simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to integrate digital twins into product development and core manufacturing processes.
- Analyze digital twin data to identify actionable insights for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving planning efficiency, and enhancing decision-making.
- Develop and demonstrate advanced 3D workflows using NVIDIA Omniverse, including complex 3D pipelines and content creation workflows.
- Design and develop software technology architecture tailored to business and client requirements across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
- Utilize GPUs for developing SDKs and full-stack datacenter architecture to support digital twin and AI-based applications.
- Monitor emerging trends and technologies in digital twin development, AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and interactive 3D solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in digital twin development, simulation technologies, or similar AI-driven modeling solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of IoT, data analytics, cloud computing, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, conventional AI, and generative AI technologies.
- Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse and 3D content creation workflows.
- Knowledge of DCC tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Revit, Blender, and Substance.
- Understanding of the full interactive 3D pipeline, from modeling to application, preferably within manufacturing industries.
- Strong passion for manipulating and translating 3D geometry, animation, and materials into code.
- Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure requirements, software development, design, and re-engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
