Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio)
- Own product listings end-to-end: creation, optimization, and hygiene
- Plan and execute campaigns, deals, and sale events
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, ROAS, conversions, returns, ratings)
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions aligned with brand and margin goals
- Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for campaigns, visibility, and issue resolution
- Handle order flow, cancellations, RTOs, and customer escalations
- Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 4 - 5 yrs in Marketplace Handling
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and workflows
- Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of marketplace ads and promotional tools
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs, platforms, and deadlines
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle escalations independently
- High attention to detail (listings, pricing, campaigns)
- Clear communication skills
