We are currently hiring for the following positions at Hotel Saffron Leaf:
Positions:
"Sales"
Duties and Responsibilities are
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other business partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurants, and other hotel services to potential clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel presentations, and site inspections.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rates and terms while ensuring maximum profitability for the hotel.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending business to maximize conversion.
- Maintain an updated database of existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the Accounts department regarding outstanding dues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service before, during, and after business transactions.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and client correspondence.
- Promote customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
