Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer – SecOps with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), platform development, integrations, automation, and security workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Build user-friendly solutions using Service Portal and ServiceNow Workspace.
- Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer processes, APIs, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while working independently and proactively.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and security teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop scalable security automation and orchestration capabilities within ServiceNow.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
- Expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Experience with Threat Intelligence and integrations with security tools.
- Strong understanding of security workflows, automation, orchestration, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable SecOps solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS – Security Operations.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in the Finance/Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to AIOps, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps implementations and integrations.
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
