Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Drawing Teacher/Fine Arts Instructor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting online drawing classes, taking demo/trial classes, and contributing to the development of educational content and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online drawing classes during pre-allotted timings and working days.
- Conduct demo/trial classes as assigned by the organization.
- Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences to students of different age groups.
- Develop new drawings, artworks, teaching content, assignments, and course materials as required.
- Assist in designing, updating, and improving the course curriculum from time to time.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with students and the team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably related to the primary scope of work.
Training & Work Arrangement:
- Appropriate training and support will be provided to enable the candidate to effectively conduct classes.
- Work From Home (WFH) facility is available, subject to organizational requirements and performance expectations.
Educational Qualification (Preferred):
Candidates with formal training in drawing and fine arts are preferred, including:
- Diploma in Fine Arts, Drawing & Painting, Visual Arts, Applied Arts, or equivalent art education (3-year, 5-year, or 7-year diploma courses).
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA).
- Master of Fine Arts (MFA).
Strong practical drawing and sketching skills, teaching aptitude, and creativity will be given greater importance than the specific degree title. Candidates with exceptional artistic abilities and relevant teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
