- Making weekly & monthly production plan based on PPC plan
- Handling the team of supervisors & operators.
- Conducting daily morning meeting
- Reducing the in-house rework & rejection by implementing the POKA-Yoke & improving awarness of operator about importance of product quality.
- Cost saving by removing non -value added activities.
- Effectively handle the operators, solve the issue related to them to ensure better working condition leading to increased productivity.
- Continual improvement by implementing KAIZEN activities & poka-Yoke.
- Knowledge of CNC M/C- opereating, setting & programming like mazzak, fanuc & Siemens.
- Inventory control
- Follow with purchase dept regarding material
- Co- ordinate with logistics for import consignment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.60 per hour
