The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of modular furniture projects at client sites. The role involves coordinating with installation teams, contractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and company standards.
- Supervise the installation of modular furniture as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities with installation teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.
- Inspect site readiness before installation and identify any issues that may affect execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and project managers regarding site requirements and progress.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and installation procedures.
- Verify measurements and resolve minor site-related discrepancies.
- Maintain records of daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Report project status, delays, and challenges to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials at the site.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct final inspections and obtain client sign-off after successful project completion.
- Coordinate rectification work and address customer concerns during and after installation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
