Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Community Engagement Associate to support and strengthen engagement across our candidate and stakeholder community. The role involves communication, coordination, and ensuring a smooth experience for all community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with candidates, students, and community members regularly
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and scheduled activities with internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication with all stakeholders
- Maintain updated records of community members and interactions
- Handle queries and provide timely support to candidates
- Support onboarding and engagement of new community members
- Track participation, updates, and feedback for continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, customer support, or community engagement
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in handling candidates or student engagement is an advantage
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
