The Digital Marketing Head is responsible for leading the company’s digital marketing strategy, managing online brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring business growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy
- Lead and manage digital marketing team and activities
- Plan and manage online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM)
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Manage website performance and traffic growth
- Oversee social media, content, and performance marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and business teams
- Manage digital marketing budget and reporting
- Prepare marketing reports and present insights to management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Team management and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Strong communication and project management skills
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Digital Marketing certifications preferred
Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in team handling and strategic planning preferred
