We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tender Executive / Tender Specialist who has practical knowledge of searching, evaluating, preparing and submitting tenders on various Government, PSU and private tender portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders for steel, metal products, industrial components, CNC machined parts, hydraulic/pneumatic parts and engineering products.
- Regularly monitor multiple tender portals and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Handle the complete tender process from tender identification to submission and result tracking.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
- Check requirements related to EMD, Tender Fee, Performance Security, turnover, experience, certifications and technical eligibility.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids accurately within deadlines.
- Handle online tender submission and documentation.
- Monitor and respond to corrigendum, amendments and clarifications.
- Handle GeM bids, Reverse Auctions and other online tendering procedures.
- Coordinate internally for pricing, technical documents, GST documents, company documents, certificates and other required paperwork.
- Maintain proper records of submitted, pending, awarded and rejected tenders.
- Track tender results and analyze reasons for rejection/loss.
- Coordinate with customers/departments after tender submission when required.
- Identify tenders with good potential for profitable business, rather than submitting bids blindly.
Tender Portals / Experience Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Government e-Tender / eProcurement portals
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPPP / Central Government e-Procurement
- Maharashtra e-Tender portals
- Indian Railways / Railway tenders
- BHEL, NTPC, SAIL and other PSU portals
- Private company/vendor registration and tender portals
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of practical tendering experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of online tender submission procedures.
- Experience in GeM and government/PSU tenders will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PDF and online portals.
- Ability to understand technical tender documents and BOQs.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Should be capable of independently handling tenders from search to submission.
- Knowledge of steel, engineering, manufacturing or industrial products will be highly preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be reliable, organized and responsible with confidential commercial information.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in tendering and online bid submission.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
