Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Sales for the State. Strategies, Support and help execute distribution & BTL Activities
- Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region
- Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.
- Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost .and maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.
- Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging & pricing decisions.
- Being a part of the Leadership team of the Region, to provide Category insights basis superior category understanding, region specific industry dynamics and competitive intelligence.
- To be the lead resource in assimilating, sharing & replication of best practices in Sales & Distribution basis internal and external learning.
- Coordinate and ensure quality of Estimation as a key input to the Supply chain management process.
Required Skills:
- Graduation/MBA from an institute of repute with 7-10 years of experience.
- Should have managed a state with revenue responsibility and have lead a team.
- Should have proven expertise in Sales and Distribution, particular to FMCG Industry and should have grown revenues pertaining to a state.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
