Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and committed HR Manager to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in HR management, with strong knowledge of HR processes, leadership, and HR compliances. You will play a key role in building a positive work culture, managing employee life cycles, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
- Design and execute performance management systems and appraisal processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and productive workplace.
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and training needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR professional in any organization.
- Strong understanding of HR management practices, labor laws, and HR compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
