Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for desktop, laptop, and end-user issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory, O365)
- Handle hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Perform OS imaging, patching, and upgrades
- Support remote users and VPN connectivity
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and replacements
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes
