The Senior Application Analyst- Salesforce, will work closely with the supervisor to maintain and support applications that address business needs Learn and adhere standards, procedures and techniques and contribute to the technical code documentation. There will be some interaction with business users to understand issues, gather requirements and coordinate testing.
This position is responsible for delivering development requests and project-based work within the Salesforce environment. Responsibilities include interacting with business partners to gather requirements, designing and developing technical solutions, performing unit testing, supporting user acceptance testing, preparing documentation, and implementing changes in production.
The role requires staying current with evolving technologies, programming languages, and software development tools. Work will be completed with guidance from the supervisor, and active participation in team and project meetings will be expected to plan tasks and provide status updates.
Support responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues reported by end users. Issues may stem from application defects, user errors, or programming issues. Resolution activities may include researching known software bugs using vendor support resources, creating service tickets with the vendor, developing scripts to resolve data issues, implementing program fixes, performing testing, and deploying changes to production.
