- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand brand requirements and deliver web designs that align with brand identity.
- Lead design strategy for website applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with developers and teams to implement functional interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, including Google-friendly websites.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and responsive projects.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, and other tools is a plus.
- Has designed websites and user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to design according to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams and the client.
