We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Sweeper / Housekeeping staff member to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation at our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for everyday sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting duties to keep the clinic safe and clean for patients and medical staff. Job Detail
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹6,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Shift: Day Shift / Regular Clinic Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cleaning: Regularly sweep and mop the clinic lobby, waiting area, doctor cabins, and corridors.
- Clinic Hygiene: Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as reception tables, patient benches, doors, and glass windows.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the clinic restrooms multiple times a day to maintain absolute hygiene.
- Waste Disposal: Collect rubbish from daily clinic bins and ensure proper disposal.
- Helpful Tasks: Assist the clinic staff with minor helper tasks or moving light cleaning inventory when required.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all profiles (Below 10th pass / 10th pass candidates are welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of cleaning experience (Prior experience in a clinic or small hospital is a plus).
- Qualities: Hardworking, punctual, respectful, and disciplined.
