Role Overview
The Community Manager will be the face of Rulo's on-ground and online community — building relationships with customers, athletes, and brand partners while driving engagement through events, social media, and collaborations. A hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves sports and people.
Key Responsibilities
Event Organisation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sports events, tournaments, and activations at Rulo venues
- Manage end-to-end logistics — scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution
- Track event performance and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement
Customer Interaction & Community Building
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, players, and community members at venues
- Build long-term relationships with regular patrons, sports clubs, and local communities
- Address queries and feedback promptly; represent Rulo's values in every interaction
Social Media Handling
- Manage Rulo's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content — reels, stories, posts, and community spotlights
- Monitor channels, respond to DMs/comments, and track growth metrics
Brand Collaboration Management
- Identify and approach brand partners for co-branded events and activations
- Manage collaboration cycles — outreach, negotiation, execution, and reporting
- Nurture existing partnerships and explore creative opportunities aligned with Rulo's ethos
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years in community management, marketing, or events — preferably in sports management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven social media management and digital content creation experience
- Experience in event planning, brand partnerships, and on-ground execution
- Approachable, energetic, and people-first interpersonal style
Mandatory Requirements
- Formal Sports Management background (degree or equivalent professional experience)
- Must be a resident of Delhi
- Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike) for venue visits and events
- Must be available 6 days a week, including weekends
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
