Role summary
As Sales Executive at Vrisva Space, you'll drive revenue across both government and private sector channels, owning the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management. A key part of the role involves navigating government procurement platforms such as GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and defence-specific channels, as well as identifying relevant grants and MSME schemes for clients. We're looking for someone confident, self-driven, and results-oriented who can build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Generate leads through field visits, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
2. Government & Institutional Sales
- Sell through GeM, CPPP, state eProcurement portals, NSIC, and DGSD
- Prepare and submit tenders/RFQs across central, state, and defence channels (DRDO, HAL, BEL, OFB, GeM)
- Identify relevant government grants and MSME schemes
- Track tender deadlines and eligibility criteria to ensure timely, compliant bids
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Drive repeat orders and upsell opportunities through regular client follow-ups
4. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in Zoho CRM
- Use Zoho Campaigns/Analytics to track and improve outreach
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of B2B or institutional sales experience
- Hands-on experience with government procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, or similar) — listing, bidding, order management
- Working knowledge of government tendering processes
- Familiarity with MSME schemes and government grants
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM (Campaigns/Books/Analytics a plus)
- Strong English communication; Kannada or Hindi is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
