Job Summary
We are hiring a Legal Advocate with strong experience in real estate litigation to manage property-related legal matters, court cases, land disputes, and compliance activities. Litigation experience in real estate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real estate litigation matters before courts and authorities
- Manage land disputes, civil cases, recovery matters, and contractual disputes
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, petitions, affidavits, and contracts
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence for properties and land transactions
- Coordinate with external advocates, government departments, and regulatory bodies
- Track ongoing cases, hearings, and legal documentation
- Advise management on legal risks and dispute resolution strategies
- Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable property laws
Requirements
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Registered with the Bar Council
- 8–10 years of real estate litigation experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of property laws, civil litigation, and court procedures
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to independently handle litigation matters
Preferred
- Experience with real estate developers or law firms
- Knowledge of RERA, land acquisition, registration, and arbitration matters
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
