Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Service: Installing, servicing, and repairing residential or commercial water purifiers (e.g., Aquaguard, Eureka Forbes).
- Maintenance: Performing regular preventive maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, membranes, and repairing pumps.
- Field Support: Traveling to customer locations to address service requests (often 6 calls per day).
- Sales & Documentation: Renewing AMCs, upselling products, and documenting services via mobile apps or service reports.
- Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
