**Senior AI Solution Engineer: Empowering AI Citizen Developers at Novonesis**
Join Novonesis as a Senior AI Solution Engineer and help accelerate the development and adoption of AI solutions across our global organisation. You will train and support citizen developers, advise business teams, and help ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The role combines enablement, consulting, and hands-on problem solving in a collaborative, highly adaptive, and cross-functional environment.
**Welcome to the Data & AI Enablement team.**
The Data & AI Enablement team is part of the Data Office within Global IT, serving as a Centre of Excellence for enterprise-wide data and AI adoption. You will join a highly collaborative team of specialists in Denmark and India, working closely with business stakeholders in an agile and supportive environment. Together, we help citizen developers and business teams create value from platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, and Copilot Studio through enablement, governance, and community building. The role offers broad exposure across Novonesis, connecting you with stakeholders and initiatives spanning the entire value chain.
**In this role you will make an impact…**
You will focus on execution and scaling enablement activities, strengthening the team’s capability within generative AI and the technology stack, including Copilot Studio. By working closely with principal roles and senior stakeholders, you will deliver hands-on support and guidance, helping citizen developers build effective solutions. Your contribution will drive adoption, foster community engagement, and support business teams in refining and implementing Copilot Studio solutions, ensuring successful self-service AI development across Novonesis.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
- Delivering training sessions, onboarding, and workshops for Copilot Studio
- Creating learning materials and supporting documentation
- Guiding users in building solutions and troubleshooting use cases
- Driving adoption through AI cafés, demos, and community forums
- Ensuring solutions follow defined standards and contributing to knowledge sharing
Collaboration will be central to your role, as you work daily with colleagues in India and Denmark, engaging with stakeholders across business- and platform teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
**We expect you to bring…**
- 2–4 years of experience in AI, automation, or digital enablement roles
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar citizen developer platform
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with generative AI or conversational agents
- Interest in AI adoption and enabling others
Additionally, we expect you to be familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem including Copilot/Cowork, Power BI and Fabric, experience supporting training and user enablement, and a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts. Your ability to support complex solution design and align technical solutions with business requirements will be highly valued.
You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, a solution-oriented approach, eagerness to learn and work with emerging technologies, and the ability to structure and handle multiple tasks. A focus on service and helping others succeed is essential to this role.
