Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized storekeeper to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and stock records. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of storekeeping experience and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Issue materials as per departmental requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain the store in a clean and organized manner.
- Prepare stock reports using MS Office.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience with inventory software or ERP is an added advantage.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
