PRIA is seeking a dynamic mid-level professional with 5–6 years of experience across corporate and non-profit sectors to lead partnership development and fundraising efforts. The role will focus on developing partnerships and mobilising resources from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes and philanthropic initiatives within India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Develop and implement a strategic plan for partnerships and fundraising aligned with PRIA's mission and programme priorities.
(2) Identify, research and engage potential donors including CSR initiatives, corporate foundations and philanthropic organisations.
(3) Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
(4) Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes, grant applications and donor reports.
(5) Collaborate with programme teams to design fundable projects and ensure alignment with donor priorities.
(6) Track fundraising pipelines, maintain donor databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
(7) Represent PRIA in meetings, events and networking platforms relevant to fundraising and partnerships.
(8) Monitor trends in CSR and philanthropy in India to inform strategy.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
