Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Reports To: Telesales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain offerings.
● Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as set by the Telesales Manager.
● Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
● Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.
● Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.
● Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.
Requirements:
● Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.
● Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
● Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.
● Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Experience:
