Job Description: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive (2–4 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Financial Transactions:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording and processing invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of accounts.
- GST and Taxation Compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Assist in resolving taxation-related queries and assessments.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Monitor and report discrepancies in bank transactions promptly.
- Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Process vendor payments and maintain records of invoices and payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and MIS reports.
- Provide data support for internal and external audits.
- Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Report cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Petty Cash and Payroll Management:
- Handle petty cash transactions and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Support the payroll process by maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with statutory deductions.
- Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with project teams and procurement departments to manage financial transactions.
- Provide support for financial analysis and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling real estate project accounts.
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation.
