Position: Frontend Developer (UI Design + Coding)
Experience: 1 to 2+ years
Location: Lucknow, Gomti Nagar (Onsite Only)
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong UI design skills who can translate designs into fully functional, responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a good eye for aesthetics, usability, and modern design trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces from design mockups (Figma/XD/Sketch).
- Write clean, efficient HTML, CSS (Sass/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+) code.
- Optimize web applications for speed, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
- Ensure UI consistency by following design systems and style guides.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues for seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must-Have:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
- Ability to convert Figma/XD designs into functional code.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser testing.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
