Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in a Pharma, FMCG, or Field-Force Driven Organization.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, etc.).
Experience in field force hiring and bulk recruitment.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical sales structure and hierarchy.
Good data management and analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
