Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and facilitating smooth transitions during implementation phases. Collaboration and continuous evaluation are key aspects throughout the day to ensure successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP Ariba - SCM Functional – Ariba Invoicing
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the business function.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their development and integration into project activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and design principles related to procurement and supply chain functions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation activities within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing practical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with organizational design concepts and their application in business function improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
