Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Mechanical/Electrical Supervisor to oversee production and maintenance activities, ensure smooth machine operations, and manage manpower on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Supervise technicians, operators, and production workers.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain maintenance logs and production reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance requirements.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered for trainee-level positions.
