Are you great at finding the right people for the right jobs? We are a growing sportswear brand expanding our retail and office teams as well as our manufacturing ground level team, and we need an active HR Executive to lead our hiring!
Your Main Job (80% of your time): You will be actively hunting and recruiting staff—from showroom salesmen and helpers to marketing staff and tech developers to factory labour and department heads.
What You Will Do:
- Hire fast and hire well (blue-collar, grey-collar, and office staff).
- Handle daily HR software tasks (Biometric attendance, payroll, employee data).
- Eventually help enforce floor discipline and company rules.
- Maintain Employee relations
What We Need From You:
- Experience: At least 3 years in HR (Must have worked in Retail or Manufacturing).
- Skills: Must know how to handle and talk to local labor / floor staff properly.
- Language: Fluent Punjabi and Hindi. Basic English is required.
- Tech: Must know how to use basic HR attendance/payroll systems.
Starting salary: ₹15,000 / month
