We are looking for a qualified and responsible Dispensary Medical Staff / Nurse with 3–5 years of experience to manage the school dispensary and provide primary healthcare support for students and staff. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day medical cases, first aid, health monitoring, and emergency support within the campus.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a caring attitude toward students, and the ability to respond calmly during medical situations and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical care and first aid support for students and staff
- Handle common health issues, injuries, and emergency situations within campus
- Monitor student health conditions and maintain proper medical records
- Maintain medicines, first aid kits, and dispensary stock properly
- Coordinate with hospitals, ambulance services, and parents during emergencies
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and health safety standards in the dispensary area
- Support hostel wardens and management in student healthcare-related matters
- Maintain daily medical reports, treatment records, and documentation
- Assist during school events, sports activities, and hostel emergencies
- Provide basic health awareness guidance to students when required
Requirements
- Qualification: BAMS / BHMS / Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical Course
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital, clinic, school, or dispensary setup
- Good knowledge of first aid, basic treatment, and emergency handling
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in a residential campus environment
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling emergencies calmly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in school/hostel/institutional healthcare setup
- Knowledge of maintaining medical records and reports
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting
- Ability to coordinate effectively with parents and management
- Availability for emergency support when required
