BESTIU invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following non-teaching position at its University Campus in Mandrol Lakeside Campus, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh.
Position: Business Development Manager / Counsellor
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, student counselling, business development, or student services, preferably in the higher education sector.
Key Skills:
- Strong counselling and student relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve admission targets and support student enrolment.
- Sound knowledge of CRM systems and admission management processes.
- Willingness to travel for student outreach, educational fairs, and institutional visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes and admission procedures.
- Generate student enquiries through various outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the complete student admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and prepare periodic admission reports.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve institutional admission objectives.
Pay: ₹13,953.84 - ₹58,196.84 per month
