WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR SITE ENGINEER (COMMERCIAL INTERIORS)
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Commercial Interiors to lead high-end interior fit-out and finishing projects, ensuring superior quality, precision execution, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete site management of commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, corporate spaces, retail & showrooms)
- Interpret and execute works as per GFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Supervise and control finishing works including:
- False ceilings (Gypsum, Mineral Fibre, Metal)
- Flooring (Tiles, Marble, Carpet, Vinyl, Epoxy)
- Carpentry & modular furniture installation
- Glass, partitions, painting & wall finishes
- Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Conduct site inspections, snag-list closure, and handover coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support billing measurements
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–8 years of proven experience in commercial interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methodologies & finishing standards
- Ability to read & coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Experience in vendor coordination, quality audits, and site problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
