We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager based in Pune to act as the Control Tower for real-time decision-making, ensuring seamless logistics operations across the supply chain. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in logistics/supply chain management to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring the timely movement of goods while proactively resolving logistical challenges.
- Act as the central Control Tower, monitoring traffic patterns, detecting and preventing disruptions, and ensuring quick response and recovery from operational setbacks.
- Deploy and drive adoption of RoaDo’s Freight Operating System (FOS) across the customer’s logistics network, enhancing digitalization and automation.
- Track key supply chain metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop performance dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time visibility and decision-making support.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth platform implementation, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Continuously optimize processes by gathering feedback, refining reports, and improving platform adoption across the network.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Traffic Management, Operations Coordination, and Supply Chain Optimization.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Experience in deploying logistics technology solutions or working with Control Tower functions is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
