Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to spearhead our business growth and brand expansion in the Bhopal territory. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our company and healthcare professionals. You will not just be selling products; you will be building strategic partnerships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare institutions to ensure our medications reach the patients who need them most.
- Headquarter (HQ): Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
- Territory Coverage: Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen Mandideep and Hoshangabad(Narmadapuram), etc.
Core Responsibilities & Duties1. Product Promotion & Clinical Detailing
- Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with doctors, consultants, and specialists across major hospitals and private clinics.
- Deliver high-impact, scientific presentations (detailing) to healthcare professionals, explaining drug efficacy, safety profiles, dosage regimens, and patient benefits.
- Stay continuously updated on medical literature, clinical trials, and competitor product updates to answer complex medical queries confidently.
2. Territory & Business Development
- Strategically map and analyze the assigned territory in Bhopal to identify high-potential clinics, healthcare hubs, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Formulate and execute daily/weekly route plans to maximize field coverage, ensure consistent touchpoints, and minimize travel fatigue.
- Launch new pharmaceutical products effectively into the Bhopal market, ensuring rapid awareness and adoption.
3. Chemist & Stockist Channel Management
- Coordinate closely with local stockists and distributors to ensure seamless supply chain management and zero product stock-outs.
- Visit retail pharmacies and chemists regularly to monitor prescription generation trends, track competitor movement, and secure product availability.
- Manage commercial terms, booking orders, and ensuring timely collections from the distribution channel.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Act as the eyes and ears of the company on the ground. Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, new launches, and marketing tactics.
- Identify unmet clinical needs in the territory and share actionable feedback with the internal product management and marketing teams.
5. Compliance, Organizing Events & CRM Operations
- Organize clinical meetings, round-table discussions, and medical seminars for doctors to foster scientific engagement and brand loyalty.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene by tracking all daily field activities, doctor call metrics, and feedback into the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking tool.
- Ensure absolute compliance with pharmaceutical marketing ethics, guidelines, and corporate compliance frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Key Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Pharma Management is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare field sales. High-potential science freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
- Territory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Bhopal’s medical landscape (major hospitals like AIIMS Bhopal, Hamidia, private clinics in MP Nagar, Arera Colony, Koh-e-Fiza, etc.) and an existing rapport with local doctors and chemists is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong scientific aptitude, persuasive communication, excellent negotiation skills, resilience, and a high emotional quotient (EQ).
- Logistics: Must own a reliable two-wheeler, possess a valid driving license, and be comfortable with extensive local daily field travel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
