Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-Commerce Executive/ E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online presence across marketplaces and our website. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, digital commerce, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory updates
- Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion rates
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock updates
- Track orders, returns, and cancellations
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment process
- Promotions & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns
- Manage discounts, offers, and product visibility
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
Website Management
- Update products, banners, and content on website
- Ensure smooth user experience and functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- 0–4 years experience in e-commerce or digital roles
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce
- Basic understanding of SEO & product keywords
- Experience with ads (Amazon Ads / Meta Ads)
- Good communication & coordination skills
