Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Valid registration required)
- Experience:

- Increment of ₹1,000 per year for each year of prior relevant experience

An additional ₹5,000 bonus for experienced nurses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality critical care to ICU/NICU/CCU patients
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient charts
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams during emergencies
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and accurate clinical documentation
- Assist in procedures and emergency interventions as required
- Ensure compassionate care and patient-family communication
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care and emergency nursing
- Ability to handle ICU equipment and emergency protocols
- Good communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
