Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily SAP entries related to Production, Inventory, Stores, and Dispatch.
- Create and release Production Orders in SAP.
- Post Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Stock Transfer transactions.
- Update material consumption and production confirmations in SAP.
- Maintain BOM, Material Master, and production-related records.
- Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile stock data.
- Generate SAP reports for Production, Inventory, Dispatch, and PPC.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and PPC departments for data accuracy.
- Ensure timely and error-free SAP transactions.
- Support inventory audits and stock verification activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, WM modules preferred).
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Understanding of Production, Stores, and Inventory processes.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- SAP certification preferred.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in SAP operations within Automobile or Manufacturing Industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
