Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in construction contracts, tendering, cost estimation, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction contracts, work orders, and consultant agreements.
- Conduct rate analysis, tendering, contractor evaluation, and negotiations.
- Maintain and evaluate contractor/vendor database.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
- Track project costs, budget variations, and statutory compliance (GST, etc.).
- Prepare comparative statements and support contract award processes.
- Maintain contract documentation and assist in dispute/claim resolution.
