Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
- Knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or ERP roles.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
