We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own our email channel and cold outreach infrastructure. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns—from cold lead acquisition and outbound sequences to inbound lead nurturing, automation workflows, and domain health maintenance.
Your primary goal will be to convert cold and warm prospects into qualified leads and sales opportunities while maximizing inbox deliverability and campaign ROI.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in cold email lead generation and inbound email marketing.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Outbound/Cold Email: Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo.io, or similar.
- Inbound/Marketing Automation: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, NeverBounce/ZeroBounce.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of email infrastructure (DNS settings, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming, spam filter triggers).
- Copywriting: Proven track record of writing persuasive, non-spammy email copy that drives replies and conversions.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using Google Analytics, CRM data, and platform dashboards to turn metrics into strategy.
- Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- Deliverability: >98% Delivery Rate, <0.1% Spam Complaint Rate.
- Engagement: Open Rates (>40% cold / >30% inbound), Click-Through Rates (>3%).
- Lead Gen: Qualified Leads Generated (MQLs/SQLs), Booked Meetings/Demos, Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
