Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors. You’ll manage the front desk, handle calls, schedule appointments, support office upkeep, and make sure the office runs smoothly with a welcoming vibe.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the right person/department
Admin Support: Manage appointments, courier dispatch/receipt, and visitor logs
Guest Hospitality: Offer tea, coffee, and water to guests. Ensure refreshments
Office Upkeep: Maintain reception area neatness, handle office supplies inventory, and coordinate with facilities
Office Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry. Basic dusting, arranging, and waste disposal
Documentation: Maintain guest records
Customer Service: Address guest complaints or requests and ensure a positive first impression
Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years experience in reception, front office, or customer service
Skills:
Excellent communication s
Pleasant personality
Multitasking and organizational skills
Other: Comfortable with light housekeeping duties. Good at handling pressure
