Position: Service Advisor Service & Bodyshop

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
Understand customer needs, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate service/repair solutions.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Manage service and bodyshop operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of automobile service and bodyshop operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in service documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
7–10 years of proven experience in service and bodyshop operations.
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and service processes.
