Job Description
Innovative Moulds Craft Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced VMC Programmers for mould, die, and precision component machining. Candidates should have good knowledge of VMC programming, CNC machining processes, engineering drawings, and CAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, modify, and optimize VMC/CNC programs for mould and die components.
- Read and understand 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Develop efficient machining strategies and tool paths.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Verify and simulate programs before machining.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
- Optimize machining time while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Coordinate with the production and tool-room teams.
- Maintain CNC program records and revisions.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills:
- 2–10 years of relevant experience as a VMC Programmer.
- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and G-code/M-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Experience with CAM software such as PowerMill, Mastercam, NX CAM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Mould, die, tool-room, or precision machining experience will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification;
- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related field.
- Relevant practical experience will be considered.
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
