Interview & Career Readiness
- Conduct mock interview sessions.
- Train learners in professional communication and workplace English.
- Help students prepare for HR interviews, group discussions, and presentations.
- Build confidence in public speaking and workplace conversations.
Learning Management
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice activities.
- Conduct quizzes, assessments, and progress evaluations.
- Maintain attendance and performance records through the learning platform.
- Ensure a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–5+ years of experience in Spoken English training, IELTS, PTE, Soft Skills, or Communication Training.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
