Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The role involves generating business, managing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and achieving revenue targets across party bookings, bakery B2B sales, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Handle party bookings, birthdays, family functions, and corporate events.
- Develop B2B sales with hotels, cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, and corporate clients.
- Conduct venue visits, client meetings, product presentations, and sampling.
- Manage customer calls, WhatsApp communication, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain CRM database and ensure timely lead follow-ups.
- Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, B2B Sales, CRM, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
