Job Summary
An Architectural Assistant supports the architecture team in design development, drafting, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day studio operations. The role involves assisting in preparing drawings, presentations, material research, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting Support
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings and design presentations.
- Support the team in space planning and design development.
- Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, and basic working details.
- Assist in 3D modelling and visualization work.
Documentation
- Organize and maintain project drawings and documentation.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and presentations.
- Coordinate drawing revisions and updates.
Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for required information.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with project teams.
- Support communication between office and site teams.
Site Support
- Conduct site visits for measurements and documentation.
- Assist in tracking site progress and reporting observations.
- Help resolve minor site coordination issues under supervision.
Research & Studio Support
- Research materials, products, finishes, and design references.
- Assist in sample collection and vendor coordination.
- Support day-to-day studio and project-related tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of architecture and construction.
- Good drafting and presentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop / InDesign
- MS Office
- Revit (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
- 0–2 years of experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
